The Ballistic Tip Lead-Free™ is premiering as a flat base bullet with a metallic colored, polymer tip. The leadless bullet features Nosler’s exclusive Fragmenting Copper Core Technology™ (patent pending) which exhibits immediate and rapid expansion at practical varmint shooting velocities of 1800 fps and above. This bullet is highly frangible and extremely volatile.
The Nosler Ballistic Tip Lead-Free™ can safely be used within lead free zones or shooting ranges that require non-magnetic bullets. Users can be confident of the same performance and quality that the Ballistic Tip has made famous for over 25 years.
The Nosler Ballistic Tip Lead-Free™ will be offered in boxes of 50 & 100 and will carry the same MSRP as standard Ballistic Tip bullets and is currently available in .22 caliber in 35 & 40 grain weights and coming soon in .204-32gr. and 6mm-55gr.
