Each Model 48 rifle has been accuracy-tested with Nosler® ammunition and is guaranteed to deliver 3/4 M.O.A., 3-shot group accuracy .

All metal surfaces, internal and external, have a thin coating to keep your rifle protected during any hunting situation. External surfaces are coated with Cerakote™, a ceramic- based coating that protects the firearm from even the harshest hunting conditions without increasing weight or adversely effecting performance. Internal surfaces are coated with Micro Slick™, a dry-film lubricant that is commonly used on internal engine parts to reduce friction and wear.

The NoslerCustom® Model 48 is built on the same action as our Custom rifles, but in a round-top version that accepts standard scope mounting bases**. Nosler’s proprietary push-feed action features a 2-position safety and an adjustable trigger set to a crisp, 3 lb. let-off. The Model 48 offers exceptional precision and reliable performance. The action features a classic one-piece bottom metal and trigger guard. To achieve the highest level of accuracy, the Model 48 integrates the unique MicroSlick™ Coating on interior metal surfaces, including inside the bolt body, and on the firing pin and firing pin spring, for maximum corrosion and wear-resistance, even with extensive dry firing.

Engineered as much for 20-mile days as it is for 300-yard shots, the NoslerCustom ultra-lightweight stock is built to handle the extreme, yet still deliver a firm platform for the barreled action. This classic-styled rifle stock’s durable, Sniper Grey finish complements the handsome, Black CERAKOTE™ coating on the barrel and action. The Kevlar® and carbon fiber stock is textured for grip and sealed with an all-weather finish that provides protection from some of the harshest chemicals. Stock includes recoil pad and QD sling swivel studs.
