Q: What is the difference between AccuBond and Ballistic Tip Bullets?
The AccuBond® bullet has a heavier jacket wall and a bonded core. This results in a 65-70% weight retention and it also exhibits deeper penetration than a Ballistic Tip®. Ballistic Tip® bullets have a slightly thinner jacket and do not have the bonded core. Ballistic Tip bullets will retain 50-60% of their original weight and exhibit more rapid expansion.
