Customer Service / Showroom Sales Associate

 

APPLICANT NOTICE

This position as a Customer Service / Showroom Sales Associate maintains status as “Introductory Employee” for 90 consecutive days during which time, the Training Coordinator will evaluate whether the employee is suited for the position. If the employee is determined to be suitable for the job, status will then advance to "Regular Employee" on the first of the month following the 90 day introductory period. Company benefits will then commence (Refer to Benefit Summary sheet inside the employment applications). However, at the discretion of management, an Introductory Employee may be extended up to an additional sixty days before benefits will be available. Wage will depend on experience.

SUMMARY

Assist in the day-to-day functions of the Nosler Showroom and customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet every customer that enters the Showroom
  • Provide detailed answers to customer questions
  • Weekly inventory and transfer of Nosler product to sales floor
  • Merchandise shelves with new product and facing existing product
  • Maintain clean workspace (organize work station, dust all surfaces, etc.)
  • Assist Customer Service Specialist during heavy volume, breaks and lunch

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Reloading/firearms experience a must
  • Good customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to communicate and interact professionally with customers and co-workers
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Understanding of the shooting sports industry helpful
