This position as a Web Developer begins as an “Introductory Trainee” for 90 consecutive days during which time Supervisory staff will evaluate whether the employee is suited for the position. If the employee is determined to be suitable for the job, status will then advance to “Regular Status Employee” on the first of the month following the 90 day period and Company benefits will commence. However, at the discretion of management an Introductory Trainee may be extended up to an additional sixty days before benefits will be available.
Current work hours are Mon.-Fri. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Work hours and schedule are subject to change. Starting wage is based on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include maintenance of multiple corporate websites with integrated ecommerce stores along with various ecommerce based web projects. The Web Developer will need to have a deep knowledge of MySQL and PHP as these play an important role with future plans.

As a member of the Marketing department, the Web Developer works closely with the Marketing Manager, Art Director, I.T. Specialist, CG Animator, Social Media Specialist and the senior executives. Strong communication skills and willingness to work as a member of a team are a must.

TASKS AND RESPNSIBILITIES
- Construction and maintenance of multiple websites with integrated web stores
- Closely working with a MAS200 database
- Detailed documentation of website backend operation
- HTML 5 and CSS3
- Understanding of a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, & PHP) environment
- Knowledge of ASP and ASP.NET
The successful candidate will possess a BS in Computer Science, Information Science or related field; 3+ years experience working as a full-time Web Developer or similar position; 3+ years experience in Web/Ecommerce along with excellent organizational and project management skills; and the ability to organize time and work on multiple tasks to completion. Experience working with MAS200 or MAS90 and crystal reporting software is preferred.
Working conditions involve standing/sitting and moving, pulling, and grasping various items. Lifting duties range from one pound to thirty-five pounds.
