Sales and Marketing Specialist
FLSA Status: Non exempt
This position as a Sales and Marketing Specialist begins as an “Introductory Trainee” for 60 consecutive days during which time the Vice President of Sales and Marketing will evaluate whether the employee is suited for the position. If the employee is determined to be suitable for the job, status will then advance to “Regular Employee” on the first of the month following the 60-day introductory period and Company benefits will commence.
Additionally, the successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Starting salary is D.O.E.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Show scheduling
· Tour scheduling and Tours
· Press release proofing/formatting
· VIP sales and order processing
· Writer/sponsor order processing
· Proactive Writer product shipping
· PR report
· Club sales
· Rifle sales
· Canadian Ammo Submittals
· Formatting/proofing/sending sales programs to customers
· Collateral ordering, inventory tracking
· Event support (events at Nosler – vendor visits/rep visits/customer visits/writer visits)
· Rep Trade Marketing support (sending catalogs, dealer kits, posters and hats for events)
· Store Grand Opening Support (see #12 above)
· Hunt scheduling and support

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must be a high school graduate (or G.E.D. equivalent). One to two years previous experience working in an office environment is required.
