Additionally, the successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Nosler Inc is a federally regulated company that requires employees to have a clean background check and the ability to pass a drug screen including THC.


The Manufacturing Associate plays a key role in producing one of Nosler’s most famous product lines; the manufacturing of brass cartridges. Key duties of this position include the operation of block and tackle hoists, electric hoists, electric truck, hand truck, forklifts, and other mechanical devices (tumblers for applying lube to raw materials).  Additionally, there is the application of chemical brighteners to raw materials and the operation of annealing ovens to heat treat brass casings. Operation and general maintenance of a variety of machines i.e. trimmer, extrusion press, finish press, lead extrusion machine, and shear and bump machine. Perform constant quality checks on raw materials throughout the manufacturing process. The ability to function in a team as a team player while working under repetitive conditions is imperative. Must be able to follow instructions from superiors and see those instructions through to completion.  Attention to detail and the ability to complete work within the requirements of a deadline is an important function of the job. 


  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Strong basic math skills including; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability read, write (clearly and legibly), speak and understand English
  • Excellent eyesight, with or without correction, for close inspection work
  • Mechanical aptitude including familiarity of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches and hammers) and mechanical concepts
  • Ability to physically endure repetitive motion for long periods of time
  • Ability to repeatedly, for up to 8-10 hours per day, stand on a hard surface, lift, pull, stoop, bend, climb and reach
  • Ability to move or maneuver up to 75lbs on a regular basis and occasionally lift up to 45lbs
  • Ability to practice and adhere to all workplace safety rules and precautions
  • Ability to work in a team orientated, quality focused and performance driven environment
  • Ability to change and adapt to various situations and be able to change work focus at any time
  • Possess an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to complete daily work is required in a face paced, goal driven environment
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean drug and criminal background screening
  • Ability to abide by current COVID restrictions including personal hygiene, protective face coverings and social distancing

Starting at $17.00/hour plus shift differential


Redmond, OR: Monday – Friday. We are looking for individuals specifically interested working a 3rd shift (M-F, 10:00pm – 6:30am). This individual would start on either 1st or 2nd shift and then move to 3rd when aptly trained. 3rd shift includes a 20% pay differential – that is $20.40/hour starting!
