This position as Videographer/Content Creator begins status as “Introductory Trainee” for 60 consecutive days during which time the Marketing Manager will evaluate whether the employee is suited for the position. If the employee is determined to be suitable for the job, status will then advance to "Regular Employee" on the first of the month following the 60-day introductory period. Company benefits will then commence.

Additionally, the successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Salary depends on experience.

SUMMARY

Primary duties consist of capturing, editing and producing high-quality photo and video content for various purposes, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, hunts, social media, promotional videos, and events that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media channels, websites, and other digital platforms
  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects
  • Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices to capture footage in a variety of settings, including indoor and outdoor locations
  • Edit raw footage to produce polished, professional-quality videos, incorporating graphics, music, sound effects, and other visual elements as needed
  • Work closely with marketing team to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver final products
  • Maintain and operate video production equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, drones, lighting kits, and editing software
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to meet deadlines and deliverables
  • Review and quality-check final video deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in videography, cinematography, and visual storytelling, incorporating new techniques and technologies into video projects as appropriate

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in film production, digital media or related field preferred.
  • Must have proven photography/videography experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital media and content creation skills.
  • Outdoor/hunting industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and familiarity with audio editing tools and graphic design software
  • Knowledge of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting setup, audio recording, and post-production workflows
  • Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and emotions through video content
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and feedback
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality video content that meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong receptive skills, demonstrating the capacity to effectively receive and implement feedback and direction
