Nosler Raises Over $148,000 For Veterans With Custom Rifles

Bend, Ore. – Nosler, Inc. is proud to announce the proceeds from their limited edition rifles have raised a total of $148,935 for Boot Campaign, a national nonprofit that serves the veteran and military community. All 22 purchasers of the rifle packages made a charitable donation to Boot Campaign.  Each package included a specially serialized Model 48 Long Range Carbon rifle chambered in 28 Nosler that featured a PROOF® Research barrel and a Timney® trigger. The stock was a custom Manners® Carbon Fiber stock with a special Kryptek® Obskura Nox pattern that highlights the carbon fiber construction. The Boot Campaign logo was laser engraved on the bottom metal to further highlight the significance of this project. Leupold® joined in by donating twenty-two VX-5HD 3-15x44 scopes and mounts to make the package complete and bring in additional funds for a great cause.

The rifle packages sold out in minutes, with one very gracious customer donating the rifle back to Boot Campaign to utilize for future fundraising. That rifle was then auctioned off by South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem at a charity event.

"We're proud to partner with companies like Nosler who make top quality products to give back to those who serve and sacrifice on our behalf," said Shelly Kirkland, Boot Campaign CEO. "22 limited edition rifles are now owned by committed patriots and because of this collaboration, more veterans and military families will experience life-changing treatment for often hidden wounds of war."

Boot Campaign is a 501c3 non-profit that creates individualized programs and customized care to treat the root causes of the invisible wounds of war, such as post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, chronic pain, self-medication and insomnia.

“As a family company that manufactures our products right here in the USA, we couldn’t think of a more important way to help those who have given so much for our security and our freedoms. Boot Campaign works very hard at getting our returning soldiers the help they need, and in turn they need our help to accomplish that mission.” said John Nosler, President of Nosler.
